Professional Summary
Brittany began working in marketing during her years as a student at Western New England University majoring in Marketing and minoring in Psychology.
Following graduation, she was promptly hired as the Marketing Assistant in the Integrated Marketing Group at Hachette Filipacchi Media. HFM’s well-known publications included Elle Magazine, Elle Decor, Woman’s Day, Road and Track, Car and Driver, Premier, and American Photo. She managed department budgets, administrative details, and event logistics for notable occasions, including New York Fashion Week, the Oscars, and Miami Fashion Week. She also spearheaded independent fashion events in NYC while in this role.
Brittany continued in the publishing world at North American Media Group, where she began graphic design, web work, content writing, advertising, creating sales materials, and working closely with business development leaders.
Wanting to expand her marketing experience in other industries, Brittany worked at a financial and investment firm and then a SaaS corporation.
Twelve years ago, Brittany moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where she began operating as a “marketing team of one” for employers and clients. She joined a media agency and created and directed the Marketing and Client Services department, managing up to 20 clients simultaneously. Next, she continued growing her skills in digital and traditional marketing by working with a global payment processor, a wholesaler, and a pharmacy law SaaS (Software as a Service) company before starting Marketing Simplified in 2019.
At Marketing Simplified with her extensive “marketing team of one” experience, Brittany works with various industries performing digital and traditional marketing and providing all-encompassing solutions for clients.
